Noa started her internship in the office. At the office the preparations for the series 'Een Grote Famillie’ (One Big Family) took place. During this time, Noa sorted out scripts (needed props, actors, cars etc). She then started looking for suitable cars (which car suits which character) and set up an extras file. Noa was always very willing to help everyone wherever possible. During the shooting period, she was able to stand on the set to experience all that it takes to shoot a scene and she was able to see up close how the director directs the actors. On set, Noa also did her contribution. She supported the catering, supervised extras and did all kinds of chores in order to get as much out of this profession as possible. My first impression of Noa was positive. Across from me sat a very ambitious and studious girl. This internship almost passed Noa because she did not have a driving license. Nevertheless, I decided to take her on. This would be an ideal internship to set her first steps in becoming a future director , which matches her ambitions. I experienced Noa in the first period of her internship, where she was mainly in the office.I experienced her as a girl who was always ready to tackle any task. Nothing was too much for her. She was also able to read a lot of scripts and correct a lot of mistakes. The 2nd part of her Internship, Noa was mainly present on shoot days. There she was able to watch and actively participate by (supporting catering, looking after cast and crew, accommodating and supervising all the extras, making sure quitclaims are filled in properly). I hope she learned a lot from both the period in the office and the period on set and can take this with her to realise her dream of directing later on. In short, Noa was a very positive intern with very big ambitions.
