Film Market Assistant

We are a global film sales and distribution label based in London. We represent producers, distributors and completed films. We promote and market films, we help package and finance films and we help films get to market.

We are looking for someone interested in the world of film business to come with us to the European Film Market held in Berlin. This is a paid role with flights, accommodation and pre-agreed expenses covered.

The role involves keeping track of our meeting schedule during the market and acting as our receptionist at the company office.

They will get a key insight into the ins and outs of film business and deal making, they will meet producers, buyers and financiers.

They will be the first point of contact for foot traffic so must be personable, polite and presentable.

This will suit a someone with ambitions of a career in film management, PR, business, distribution.

You will be working long days so this is not for the faint of heart looking for a trip away!

Interviews are next week (week of the 2nd Feb). You must be able to attend the interview in person in London.

We will be flying from a London airport on the 11th Feb. The festival runs from the 12th to the 18th, when we will fly back to London.

We hope this is viewed as an incredible opportunity to gain invaluable experience and meet an array of industry people.

Previous assistant, front of house, receptionist, customer service or hospitality experience will be hugely beneficial. Knowledge of film markets a massive plus.

Must be fluent in English but any other language is a bonus.
