Film Course

This course has been designed to work alongside mainstream education and family life to allow those who are passionate about pursuing a career as a screen actor to do so with a reputable company without affecting their education.

This is a blended learning course requiring 3 full contact days per month, which run on either Saturdays, Sundays at our studio in Leeds. In addition to homework set by tutors, there is a distance learning aspect of the course which must be completed.

Throughout the course, students will work on developing their craft as well as their industry skills knowledge and experience. Students will be required to pass the YAFTA Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Certifications in Screen Acting in order to achieve the full diploma award. The ultimate aim of the course is to develop students’ acting skills to an exceptional level, at which stage they will be offered representation by YAFTA Talent Agency(PMA). Additionally the course aims to build upon the skill of our young actors who are already represented to give them the best chances of succeeding in auditions and essentially, securing mainstream film and television roles.
