For several years I have immersed myself in learning the art and science of filmmaking. I have studied it both at college and university and now wish to utilize the skills I have acquired within the industry itself. I feel that the ideas and skills that I have developed can add value to a project and would hope that the experience of working with new people will further develop my skills I am particularly interested in the British film industry and spend a lot of time looking at developments in funding, production and related Issues. I feel there is a certain style and class to British films that I watch with pride and adoration. This coupled with such a variety of talent available around me, it excites me to think of who I may have the opportunity to work with as I develop my career. Other than film I have spent over ten years writing and playing music. I have played bass in a number of bands that have played local gigs, toured or worked as session musicians. I have also spent a number of years working within the charity sector helping raise money for a variety of charities.
