I am an 18-year-old Creative Media Production student currently studying for a Level 3 Diploma at Westminster Kingsway College in Soho. I have a strong interest in cinematography and visual storytelling, and I enjoy learning how camera work, lighting, framing and movement shape the atmosphere and emotion of a scene. I’m at the stage where I’m ready to move from classroom projects into real on-set experience. I’m looking to gain hands-on experience as a runner, trainee or junior in any department. Although my long-term ambition is to work within the camera or lighting teams, I am completely open to all areas of production. My main goal is to be on set, learn from experienced crew and understand how a professional production works from the ground up. Through my course I’ve gained practical skills in camera operation, lighting setups, editing and visual effects. I work well in a team, take direction easily and enjoy contributing to a project. I’m reliable, hardworking and happy to get involved in whatever tasks are needed. I learn quickly and stay calm in busy or unfamiliar environments. My aim is to build a career in the camera department, working my way up through trainee and assistant roles while developing my technical and creative skills.
