My name is Noa de Leeuw — I’m 21, originally from Amsterdam, with a Dutch father and Portuguese mother. I was raised in an international environment and educated in English, which has always been my first language.
I’m currently based in London and open to a wide range of roles — short- or long-term — across film, TV and streaming, whether in fiction, documentary, or reality. I’ll be available to start from August/September and am keen to get stuck into the industry in any capacity.
A bit about my background: I’ve been passionate about filmmaking from a young age — joining film clubs and attending summer programmes at the New York Film Academy at 13 and 14. After finishing school at the Amsterdam International Community School, I completed a four-year Film and Audio-Visual course at Media College Amsterdam before moving to London to pursue my MA in Directing. I’m currently finishing up my graduation film.
Alongside my studies, I’ve written and directed several short films and gained hands-on experience through internships. I spent six months with ITV Studios Netherlands, supporting the production teams on Een Grote Familie (for Videoland) and Oogappels (for national TV). I also interned at Blue Circle Casting (Fremantle), working across a range of shows. These fast-paced, immersive experiences taught me a lot and further fuelled my enthusiasm for the industry.
While my long-term goal is to direct, I’m eager to learn and grow in all areas of production. I’m a motivated, reliable team player, and always ready to bring energy and commitment to a project.
