Enthusiastic newcomer to the creative art department with a strong passion for set production and decoration. With hands-on experience across multiple roles—including Studio Manager cover, Production Assistant, and Production Runner—as well as Art Director roles on several independent short films, I bring a versatile and proactive approach to every stage of the filmmaking process. I have a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of the collaborative process behind the scenes of filming and art production thanks to my master’s degree in Filmmaking and working with Brighton Zoo Animation Studio for ten months. During my time there, I learned firsthand the importance of adaptability, organisation, and strong communication, as my role required me to frequently liaise between multiple departments whilst supporting various teams in a high-pressured environment. During shoots, I was often entrusted to reset and redress the set within a limited time frame. These experiences have enhanced my capacity for fast decision making, maintaining focus under pressure, and meticulous attention-to-detail, all of which are crucial parts of art direction in small-budget projects. I am eager to continue building my career in the art department and contribute my skills, enthusiasm, and dedication to creating impactful work.
