As a newcomer to the world of film production, my professional journey may be limited, but my passion for visual storytelling has been a lifelong pursuit. For years, I have found joy in capturing the essence of various subjects through photography. From the sleek lines of professional real estate advertisements to the haunting beauty of abandoned buildings, from the vast expanses of landscapes to the intricate details of wildlife, each click of the shutter has been a journey of exploration and discovery. My travels across North America, Southeast Asia, Southern Europe, and Scandinavia have provided me with a rich tapestry of experiences to draw inspiration from. It is within these diverse landscapes and cultures that I have honed my craft. In addition to my photographic pursuits, I have long been drawn to the world of video editing. Before the demands of work took over, I found immense pleasure in piecing together trailers and commercials, breathing life into raw footage with every edit. I even pushed the boundaries of my creativity by entering competitions such as creating a music video for Imagine Dragons and editing video game sequences. My dream is to reignite my passion for film and videography, to channel my creativity into a medium that allows for boundless storytelling possibilities. It is a dream fueled not only by ambition but by a genuine desire to continuously improve my skills and contribute meaningfully to the ever-evolving landscape of the film industry. I have a deeper passion for documentary production which is rooted in my curiosity about the human experience. I am driven by a desire to delve into the intricacies of other people's cultures, passions and life experiences. In documentary production, I find a sense of purpose and fulfilment. It is here that I truly see myself flourishing, making a meaningful impact, and fostering empathy and understanding across diverse communities. My journey into the world of film production has been greatly enriched by the influence of my sister, who has dedicated over a decade of her life to the artistry of film and TV makeup. Her love and passion for her craft have served as a constant source of inspiration and motivation for me. Through her eyes, I have gained invaluable insights into the inner workings of the industry, learning about its challenges, triumphs, and endless possibilities.
