I've just taken a leap of faith, left my job of 2 1/2 years and moved from Bristol to Winchester to start a new life and take a shot at video editing. It might not work out, it might not be for me but my experience dictates that action is the fastest and most reliable source of information. So I took the jump. The plan is to take the traditional route, find a running position in a post house and work my way up from there to video editor. Trailer/TV spot editing is a potential destination too. I have a YouTube channel that I use to explore themes, concepts, characters, and so on in an engaging trailer-style format. The depth of emotion I experience when watching a good story is what I love to capture. I alchemise my emotions into the edit to connect with others who resonate and to provide a new experience for those who don't.
