About Sam

Hi there! I’m Sam, an editor, sound designer, and recent graduate of Arts University Bournemouth. My initial foray into storytelling came in the form of short comic strips that I used to write with my friends in primary school. As my ambitions grew so did my curiosity about filmmaking. I soon began making little short films by myself and haven’t looked back, having since found a particular love for all things post-production. I have soft spots for schlocky horror films and old Hollywood comedies, especially those from Billy Wilder and Ernst Lubitsch. Growing up in different places around the world (including Hong Kong and Croatia) has instilled in me a sense of adventure and a love of travel. I also love, in no particular order: The Beach Boys, The Muppets, building computers, John Steinbeck, hiking, RPGs, Paul McCartney, and long, contemplative showers. I’m now looking for entry-level positions in which I can use my editing and post-production skills to help tell great stories.
