Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to tell stories, and starting at A-Level, I realised that film was the ideal medium to explore this dream. Sadly, due to Covid, my AS project was put off. So, I decided to make a short film on my own. Looking back on it... I was 16, and it was my first foray into directing and writing. It's clunky, out-of-focus, and has some shoddy acting on my part. But what matters to me is that I had the drive to develop it. Following the completion of my A-Levels, I moved on to Ulster University, where I am currently studying Screen Production. Through my studies, I have learned all of the basic and necessary skills to work a number of roles on production, such as the basic rules of cinematography, camera-operation, sound mixing, etc. But I also have some experience within post-production, mainly using Adobe-Premiere Pro, and Adobe Audition. I do use Da Vinci Resolve for some hobby-related projects. Through the part time jobs I have worked, I have been frequently complimented for my friendly attitude and hard work. I am always interested in picking up new skills, and putting them to use in practical and useful ways.
