I am a passionate worker who knows my strengths and builds upon my weaknesses whenever the chance arises. In a stressful situation I keep my head cool and grounded at all times and I try to offer helpful solutions. Working on a project is exciting to me, and I want to convey that same excitement I feel to the people working around me. I can take up a leadership role with ease and keep myself open to the ideas of my peers, especially when I need specific input on an area I am not particularly skilled in.
